This is also your second notice that your water system did not meet reporting requirements for total coliform during two periods: April 01, 2008 - September 30, 2008. Informed them of the charge for extra inspections/fees and/or facility closure or penalties. ACTION NEEDED: Immediately collect a nitrate sample and a total coliform sample taken from the entry point to the distribution system. Submit copy of results to state.
