Details: SUMMARY: Positive total coliform in 4th quarter DETAILS: 11/19/08 spoke to operator in office. Discussed cleaning the system and thoroughly cleaning the reservoir. This had not been done in many years. Operator was aware of repeat and routine testing requirements. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor to ensure follow up samples taken.
