| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation DETAILS: 11/4/08 I contacted Vonnie about the VOC, SOC, IOC and arsenic monitoring that is overdue. It should have been done by 12/31/07. I informed her that IOC monitoring qualifies to be reduced to once every nine years. I have submitted the chemical change form. Vonnie said the overdue chemical monitoring is scheduled to be done this month, November. ACTION NEEDED: follow up on overdue chemical monitoring | ||
