| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: 11/4/08 I contacted Vonnie about the monitoring that is overdue. It should have been done by 12/31/07. I informed her that IOC monitoring qualifies to be reduced to once every nine years. I have submitted the chemical change form. Vonnie said the overdue chemical monitoring is schedculed to be done this November 17th. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on overdue monitoring | ||
