| Details: | SUMMARY: Communication Summary DETAILS: 11/18/08 Contacted Ken Rossi by phone. Spoke with his wife regarding who is in charge of system. She suggested Jim Elder, owner of the post office building. Spoke with Jim the same day and he plans to forward information to us showing the system is not a public water system as defined. Sent letter to Ken Rossi requesting information on water system, request that water samples be taken. CC: Jim Elder ACTION NEEDED: Coos County Public Health recommends that the users of the system form a legal entity that can collectively manage the operations of the water system. | ||
