| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting coliform sample DETAILS: In field consultation with store manager on 11/25/08. Discussed non reporting since fourth quarter 2006. Found out there had been a change of ownership November of 2006 and the new owners King Tut LLC, did not know they were a Public Water System with the Drinking Water Program. It was explained what the monitoring requirements ere and a water system information contact change we filled out and sent to state. ACTION NEEDED: Mohammed said he would take a 4th quarter 2008 coliform and 2008 nitrate test immediately and have results sent to the state. | ||
