| Details: | SUMMARY: SOC non reporting violation for period May 2007 DETAILS: Linn County did not receive notice of chemical violations for SOCs and VOCs via email. Violations were discovered while searching SDWIS on 11/3/08. I discussed violation with Phil who reported that SOCs were monitored on 4/12/07 and sent to the state on 5/10/07. Phil sent me a copy of the SOC results and I forwarded a hard copy to Chuck Michael for recording. ACTION NEEDED: Wait until SOCs are reported on SDWIS then resolve violation. | ||
