Details: | SUMMARY: Call regarding Administrative Order and connecting to the city water system DETAILS: Talked to a city building inspector about progress on connecting to Sweet Homes water system. He stated the main meter was installed and the permits for installing the rest of the water system were held up by the city because the owners o the MHP wanted to install fire hydrants within the park and the SH Fire Department had to have a meeting to decide if they would allow it. Fire hydrants were not allowed and permits were issued in early December to install new water lines to individual mobile homes. Each mobile home will have an individual meter so the water system will be a "purchasing water system." I called John Webb on 12/23/08 regarding his operator certification status and regarding the coliform sampling plan not being followed and the special raw water sample not being properly labeled. John sent in his certification application this month. John said he is drawing the sample at Cabin B only because that is where the dedicated sample tap was installed. John argued with me about labeling the special raw water sample as routine. I asked him to begin labeling it as "special" sample. ACTION NEEDED: Reported findings to Brad Daniels who already was updated by Robert McCaughern in early December. |
