| Details: | SUMMARY: Complaint follow up DETAILS: Resident at the park complained that they did not have drinking water and had a boil water advisory which had been posted for the past week. I called manager and she said that the filter was not working properly and that the part needed was ordered and on its way. She had arranged to have a water truck bring water to the park that afternoon to provide a potable water source. The resident was called back and relayed the information. She was told to call back if the problem was not resolved. ACTION NEEDED: follow up with manager to ensure system is fixed in a timely manner and potable water is provided to residents. | ||
