| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation coliform DETAILS: System on 10/31/08 violation list for multiple Coliform violation. Spoke with operator Delpha Peterson several times June- November. System has had numerous positive coliform samples and finally installed UV. One of 5 temp routines in September positive but was taken PRE-UV. Discussed this should be a special sample and not routine. System has posted public notice. ACTION NEEDED: Continue taking monthly coliform sample (post UV) and maintain UV treatment unit. Discuss violations and treatment in CCR. | ||
