| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform monitoring violation DETAILS: System was missing coliform sample in May 2008. Subsequent sampling has been appropriate. There was some question re: the November 2008 sample but Chuck Michael believes it was a mistake in filing out the form. At this point, Chuck stated that he ahs not intention of validating a violation because of the November paper work mistake. ACTION NEEDED: RTC | ||
