Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate sample to resolve SNC DETAILS: Contacted Jack by phone again to ask firm to sample for nitrates to verify the system is working and to send results into the Drinking Water office. Jack stated that he did inform the lab, Kuo, to take a sample in October however results are still not posted. Jack agreed once again to have either the sample results faxed or have the sample completed and the results submitted by the end of this year. ACTION NEEDED: Sample nitrate and submit results to the Drinking Water office by December 31, 2008
