Details:	SUMMARY: 4th quarter coliform DETAILS: Contacted Jeff about why a sample for coliform has not been submitted. Mr. Pinsker stated that he had forgotten and that the weather has been bad. He agreed to have the sample completed by the end of December. ACTION NEEDED: Complete coliform sample and submit to drinking water office. If negative , continue to monitor quarterly in the 1st quarter 2009.
