| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting coliform DETAILS: Spoke with Sam, store manager, and he stated the they had not gotten the sample done because they thought the lab in Pendleton was closed. Sam agreed to have the sample into the lab before the end of December to meet compliance. ACTION NEEDED: Coliform sample to be dated in December 2008. If negative resume quarterly monitoring in 1st quarter 2009. | ||
