Details: SUMMARY: No coliform for 4th quarter 2008 DETAILS: Talked to Mr. Schultz to remind him that a coliform sample for the 4th quarter was not submitted. A sample must be dated for December 2008 for fourth quarter compliance. ACTION NEEDED: Fourth quarter coliform sample must be submitted to drinking water by the end of December. If negative resume quarterly monitoring in the first quarter 2009.
