Details:	SUMMARY: Response to letter sent 11/24/08 regarding MCL violation DETAILS: System has changed from 25 users to 18 users. They have been supplying bottled water for several years because the water has high iron levels which effects the taste of the water. They want to continue monitoring for all contaminants, especially TCE. We discussed that the system type will be changed to a State Non-EPA water system and they will not be required to treat or upgrade/replace well at this time but should continue to look for possible source. ACTION NEEDED: Change system designation to State Non-EPA and write letter to system explaining new monitoring requirements and clarify compliance status.
