Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate above 50% of MCL DETAILS: The system has an ongoing issue with nitrates of the MCL. They continue to test nitrates quarterly and will continue to do so even though levels have not been 10 ppm through years of sampling. The operator and Benton county are very aware of the situation ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of next quarterly sample.
