| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic MCL DETAILS: 10/23/08 Despite sample from 8-25-08 not exceeding the MCL it did meet the MCL and based on the past history of arsenic sample levels at Evergreen Meadows, our discretionary call (consultation with Scott Curry and Daniel Hough) is for this system to go to quarterly sampling beginning in the first quarter of 2009. ACTION NEEDED: Quarterly sampling for arsenic beginning the first quarter of 2009 | ||
