| Details: | SUMMARY: PCB detection DETAILS: Called Melvin and informed him of the detection from the routine VOC samples done in April 2008. The detection is under the MCl and I informed Melvin that quarterly monitoring for PCB was required and would be reviewed after 2 quarters. I asked him if he had any idea why the system had the detection and he said there was no problems he was aware of (pump working fine - hasnt been replaced recently). ACTION NEEDED: Change chemical monitoring schedule to add PCB quarterly. Follow up on results. | ||
