| Details: | SUMMARY: Phthalate above detection limit DETAILS: 12-9-08 Called & left message for Louis. Let him know that the system had a phthalate result above limit. I indicated that they need to take a confirmation sample ASAP. The results from the confirmation sample will allow us to determine if further testing or treatment is necessary. I told him to call if he has any questions. I will try calling again as Louis is hard to reach in person. ACTION NEEDED: follow up with the confirmation sample to determine if further testing is required. | ||
