| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert for Diquat Detection at EP-A DETAILS: After having received an alert for a detection of diquat (an SOC) at 0.0004 mg/l from a sample taken at EP-A on 01/29/09, I called and spoke to Dave Elder about taking a confirmation sample by the end of March 2009. He said that he would contact the lab in the morning, take the sample, and report the results to me when they are received. ACTION NEEDED: System to sample for diquat at EP-A before March 31, 2009 and report results back to me at 971-673-0419. Subsequent monitoring requirements will depend upon the results of the confirmation sample. | ||
