| Details: | Performed a level 2 investigation, found the system had lost pressure for a couple weeks in mid April because of a value that had been turned off and not back on. The operator will check into when the backflows were tested last to see if they are due. The operator will contact a well company to have them shock and flush the system before taking a routine coliform sample for July. The firm will start monthly sample in July. | ||
