| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform collected on 12/18/08 DETAILS: 12/23/08 I called Shirley and advised her that four repeat samples need to be collected within 24 hours of lab notification of a positive sample. I also spoke with Terry Hinesley at 541-560-1151, he says that he will be able to collect the repeat samples tomorrow and bring them into the lab then. 12/29/08 Four repeat samples collected on 12/24/08 tested positive for total coliform. ACTION NEEDED: See next alert. | ||
