| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform collected 12/22/08 DETAILS: 12/24/08 I left a message for Jean reminding them to collect four repeat samples today if possible or when the lab reopens after Christmas. 1/5/09 I spoke with Kim at Neilson who confirmed that four repeat samples were submitted on 12/29/08 and they all tested negative for total coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routine samples need to be collected in January 2009 | ||
