Details:	SUMMARY: Positive total coliform collected on 12/29/08 DETAILS: 12/31/08 Three repeat samples collected on 12/29/08 tested positive for total coliform. I called Roland and left a message for him to call me back. 1/2/09 I called and spoke with Roland. He is going to shock chlorinate the system and then collect five temporary routine samples within the span of two weeks. I emailed him the tier 2 public notice. 2/6/09 I spoke with Alec from Neilson Research and she informed me that one temporary routine sample was collected on 1/23/09 and four more were collected on 1/30/09. All tested negative. ACTION NEEDED: One routine coliform sample will need to be collected during the second quarter 2009
