| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 12/31/08 Called operator and left message of positive results and that 4 repeat samples were required to be taken. Also that 5 routine samples were required in Jan 09. Since I was not able to talk with the operator, I mailed the attached forms explaining what was needed. 1/6/09 Received a voice mail that they had plumbing freeze and repaired by a plumber and then froze again. Currently the facility was closed because of frozen pipes. After repairs are made will take required repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: Take required repeat samples after pipes are fixed and 5 routine samples in January 09 | ||
