| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform follow up on 12/2/08 DETAILS: Cliff has sampled from the same site for years. He is not sure why this one was positive but thinks it may be because he didnt clean tap well. He took one repeat only down the street and it turned out negative. He was informed that he really needed to take 4 repeats but said he didnt have the money. He was recently educated during a survey about the correct type of tap to sample from, however, he sampled from a kitchen faucet with swivel anyway. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
