| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform sample 12/18/08 DETAILS: 12/22/08 Called system and discussed with Jack what is the potential source of their coliform problems. I restated that they have been having coliform issues since they replaced the pump in Sept. They hadnt any coliform issues before then. I suggested they call Fisher Pump out since that is who replaced the pump and they disinfect the well & distribution system since the source water has been fine for nearly a decade. I suggest that after they treat the system they take special samples to determine if the positive coliform still exist. If not I told Jack to take 5 temp routine samples in January. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for follow up testing. | ||
