| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Dec. 31, 2008 I left a message informing Lars to do 4 repeats and determine the cause of positive test. I spoke with Lars by phone. He contacted a pump service who is proposing to install a UV system. I gave Mr. Millin the contact number for Tom Charbonneau for plan review of UV system prior to installation. Lars is aware of the plan review requirement. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
