| Details: | SUMMARY: SOC non reporting for period May 2007 DETAILS: Linn County did not receive a notice of chemical violations for SOCs & VOCs via email. Violations were discovered while searching SDWIS on Nov. 3, 2008. I discussed the violation with Phil who reported that SOC--s were monitored on 4/12/07 and sent to the state on 5/10/07. Phil sent me a copy of the SOC results and I forwarded a hard copy to Chuck Michael for recording ACTION NEEDED: SOCs were monitored on 4/12/08 and reported on 11/12/08. Violation resolved. | ||
