| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform repeat in December 2008 DETAILS: I called and spoke to Matt about the detection. He said that it was one of four repeat samples - the other 3 were OK> I informed him that a routine sample has not been reported for the 4th quarter yet and that he should take 5 temporary routines. As mentioned before, continued total coliform detections will require the system to disinfect source water with an approved treatment plant (DHS DWP Plan Review required) ACTION NEEDED: follow up on routine samples to be taken. | ||
