| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform on repeat sample for December 2008 DETAILS: I left a voice mail asking John to continue to do routine monitoring for total coliform. I mentioned that the wells were evaluated by Tom Pattee at state DWP and both wells are considered to be inadequately constructed due to lack of information about the amount of seal material used. I mentioned to John that wells need to be repaired/confirmed to current construction standards first - then the need for a disinfection system be evaluated. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to work with and advise operator on water system. | ||
