Details: SUMMARY: Discussed compliance agreement relating to arsenic levels at water system. DETAILS: I called to inform Rex that we havent received a 1st quarter 2009 arsenic sample, and also to discuss the plan review item in the compliance agreement between the system and DWP. I let Rex know that submission of plan review materials even if the final engineering schematic isnt included will be sufficient to satisfy the agreement item. I also emailed Rex the plan review fee amounts after discussing the situation with Marsha Fox. ACTION NEEDED: Await plan review materials
