| Details: | SUMMARY: PCB detected DETAILS: Nov. 25, 2008 I left a message for Bob Terry to contact me right away. I called back in the afternoon and was directed to Jeremy Burress, operator of the system. I notified him of the alert but he was not aware and had no idea how PCB--s would have gotten into the system. Mr. Burress will do one repeat from the site where the positive occurred. I informed him that he may need to do a test for PCBs for 2 quarters. Operator did a re-test Dec. 1, 08 and the results were no detect. He samples at the office and at spring reservoir. Both were no detect. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
