| Details: | Spoke with Johit Kumar, the owner of the facility via telephone on July 2nd, 2018 at about 10:10am regarding a water quality coliform alert. Owner is aware that his private water supply recently tested coliform positive and is now required to submit a source water sample and 3 repeat samples. Discussed preventing possible contamination of the samples by the person taking the samples. Owner agreed to take required samples within 24 hours of this contact. | ||
