| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Positive sample taken on Nov. 10, 2008. Frank requested that the sample be voided because it was taken from a little used faucet. I called the lab to discuss. Donna at Pixis said that she let the water run for 5 minutes and used gloves and an alcohol wipe -- her normal procedure. She said that the 4 repeat samples were taken already. Nov. 17, 2008 Donna called to say the 4 repeats were all good. I left a message for Frank Horner that we would not request that the original bad sample be voided and that he needs to submit 5 routines next month. If he doesnt it will show up as a monitoring violation but not a water quality violation. No Public Notice required. ACTION NEEDED: System needs to do 5 routines in December. | ||
