Details:	Columbia Hills HOA - Upper Water system had three positive total coliform repeat samples. I called Mike Stone and left him a message stating that 2 Triggered, or raw water source samples (prior to treatment and distribution) are required to be collected and submitted. This consists of 1 sample at SRC-AA, located at Well #8 and also 1 sample at SRC-AB, located at Well #6. The 2 Triggered samples are due by July 3rd.
