| Details: | I spoke with Anna of Northwest Hazelnut Company. She was notifying me that she was aware of the violation for not reporting a Nitrate test result during the first quarter of 2020. The system recently submitted their second quarter result of 1.96ppm, well below the 10ppm MCL. This test should cause the first quarter violation to Automatically-Return To Compliance (Auto-RTC). Anna has promised to keep an eye on their violations to ensure that it does automatically return. The system will continue to monitor Nitrate quarterly. |
