| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: On November 26, 2008 the health department received an alert for positive total coliform sample. I spoke with Anita Ward on 11/26/08 by phone who informed me that repeat samples would be taken today. She said if one or more samples come back as positive, Public Notice would be submitted to all users. I also mentioned that a corrective action such as chlorination, would be required. ACTION NEEDED: If there is a positive sample, corrective action such as chlorination would be required, as well as submitting Public Notice to all users of the water. Regardless, five routine water samples are required in December 2008 | ||
