| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform sample 11/13/08 DETAILS: 11/14/08 Left message for them to take 4 repeat follow up tests. I also wanted to find out why the system was sampling because they are a seasonal operation and only operate during the second & third quarter. The owners were away on vacation and the manager was the only person on site. He said to try calling later to reach the owners. I tried calling a number of times from Nov-Dec. but never was able to reach anyone. 1/21/09 Called facility and was able to reach Lisa and she confirmed that the food facility only operated seasonally. I informed her that she only needs to take samples during the 2nd and 3rd quarter as those are the only quarters that the system qualify as a public water system. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
