| Details: | SUMMARY: Positaive total coliform DETAILS: November 5, 2008 received a water alert for two coliform samples. I spoke with Heather Lute who informed me that the four repeat samples will be taken. She also said if one of more of those repeat samples are positive that they will chlorinate the system and submit Public Notice. Heather Lute claimed that she is the current water operator and contact for water system. ACTION NEEDED: Four repeat samples are required to be taken within 24 hours. | ||
