Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: One of the 5 routine samples taken on 11/24/08 was positive. I called Orrin on December 12th to discuss. He said that there was a delay collecting the 4 repeats due to the Thanksgiving Holiday so they were taken on 12/1/08. All 4 repeats were good. Mr. Corak plans to do 5 routines on 12-15-08. We agreed that if these do not clear, we would meet at the system to try to figure out what is going on. ACTION NEEDED: Called Orrin on December 19 and he said he took 5 samples on December 15 but due to the weather they did not reach the lab in time. He plans to try again on 12/22/08
