| Details: | SUMMARY: Non -Reporting violation for nitrate DETAILS: 11/25/08 - Spoke to operator regarding samples. He said that the samples were taken and he thought that the lab was sending them to the state. I informed him that the lab he uses does not send nitrate samples to the state. We discussed the steps needed to return to compliance and letter was emailed. ACTION NEEDED: Submit past sample results. Sample 2008 nitrate sample ASAP, monitor results. | ||
