| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting nitrate DETAILS: 11/20/08 Contacted operator to discuss SNC. Operator faxed a copy of nitrate sample from 2008 but was unable to find the results from 2006 and 2007. 11/21/08 Contacted lab to find missing results but lab did not have. 11/24/08. Sent letter to the system explaining SNC status and requesting 2008 sample results to be submitted to the state ASAP ACTION NEEDED: Submit 2008 nitrate results. | ||
