| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting violation DETAILS: 11/25/08 Spoke with operator and he thought samples were taken and lab was sending them to the state. I informed him that the lab he uses does not send nitrate samples to the state. We discussed steps needed to return to compliance and letter was emailed. ACTION NEEDED: Submit past sample results. Sample 2008 nitrate sample ASAP, monitor results. | ||
