Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up on non reporting violation DETAILS: I had to write a letter to the owners in order to find out the current status of the water system since Armilda Daily is no longer operating the restaurant and 3rd quarter coliform test was missed. I got a phone call from Sue Morgan in response to my letter. Sue is one of the owners in the Marion Forks Investment Inc. She was not aware that Armilda did not monitor for 3rd quarter and said she would monitor ASAP. ACTION NEEDED: Coliform was monitored on 12/09/08 and reported on 12/29/08. Violation resolved. New contact info sent to DHS on 12/08 was not entered into SDWIS as of 1/23/09
