| Details: | SUMMARY: Notifying him that these system files now at County DETAILS: This PWS is conducting one year of source water sampling for GWUDI determination. I had made a section in the physical file to store these "special" lab results, because Russ K is not yet tracking GWUDI for non-EPA level systems. These files were all transferred to Lane County last month when the County took over drinking water responsibilities for small groundwater systems in Lane Co. I received another months lab results today, so I called Dave Wellman to inform him where he needs to send those results in the future. He said he did not receive any notice from the County about the change. ACTION NEEDED: Tell Katrinka Danielson at Lane Co to send Dave Wellman information on his new drinking water program contact. Give her these test results for the file. | ||
