| Details: | SUMMARY: Failed to report VOC DETAILS: I contacted Diane, principal, by phone and informed her of the violation and public notice requirement. 08/20/08 I spoke with Fred Evers, operator, by phone. I informed him of the VOC violation and public notice requirement. He stated that he thought the lab had taken care of it but he will contact them and fax me the results and public notice. 9/22/08. I reminded Fred Evers to send in VOC test results ACTION NEEDED: Test results for VOC received by state by 08/29/08. Results now posted on SDWIS | ||
