Aug. 20, 2008 I spoke with Fred Evers, operator, by phone. I informed him of the SOC violation and public notice requirement. He stated that he thought the lab had taken care of it but he will contact them and fax me the results and public notice. Sept. 22, 2008. By phone, I reminded Fred Evers to send in SOC test results. ACTION NEEDED: Test results for SOC received by stzate DWP on Sept. 22, 2008. Test results now posted on SDWIS | ||
