| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting VOC DETAILS: I informed Kriss of the VOC violation by phone. He stated that he got a confirmation from the lab that the testing was done and he thought they sent in the results. He will check with the lab and have them resend it. Aug. 26, 2008 I contacted Kriss for a follow up. He thought the lab sent results in to t=state. I informed him they were not on SDWIS. He stated he will send them in to state DWP right away. ACTION NEEDED: Test results for April - June VOC now on SDWIS | ||
